Indigo Flow Grief Course

Each of us carries a basket of pain. Some are heavy, some are light—but we all carry one. I know this firsthand. I’ve lived through loss and big life changes, and I’ve walked beside many others who have too.

That’s why I created the Indigo Flow Grief Course—to share what I’ve learned and to walk with you as you find your way through grief.

You don’t have to do this alone.

In this course, you’ll explore four powerful supports I call the “Flows”:

  • Nature, where grace can surprise you and help you feel connected to something bigger

  • Creativity, where writing can help you make sense of your feelings and uncover truths you didn’t know were there

  • The Sacred, where you sense the mystery and meaning woven through your life

  • The Soul, where your truest self begins to rise and guide you forward
